Seamless 10m DEM (USGS)

Buildable Area Analysis slope calculations

  • We use gdaldem slope to calculate from a DEM raster: https://gdal.org/programs/gdaldem.html​
  • Percent flag is used for the analysis
  • We convert to project EPSG:2163 for analysis, so that the units of x/y is same as units of z, all in meters, so we do not need a scale factor
